Sustainability is at the core of who we are, starting with our ingredients down to our packaging and shipping service.

Zero waste packaging: 

We partnered with Boox, a company on a mission to eliminate single-use waste by making it easier for us and our customers to participate in an earth-friendly Circular Economy. We ship in lovable, reusable Boox boxes. When our customers return their Boox boxes, each one can do the job of a dozen cardboard boxes.

Courier Service:

We partner with Sendle, America’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping carrier. Every time we send a package, Sendle offset the carbon emissions and invests in remarkable environmental projects.

All deliveries will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more items you have ordered is out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of order, we will inform you via email or by phone call. If we do not receive an answer from the ordering party, we will cancel that part of your order and refund your charge according.

We currently DO NOT SHIP CANNABIDIOL RELATED PRODUCTS TO THE FOLLOWING U.S. STATES:

S. Dakota, Idaho, and Nebraska.

Due to DOD regulations, Willow Kay is unable to ship cannabidiol-related products to military installments (APO/AFO).

Within the United States, Willow Kay ships with USPS Mail. We ship from Florida, California, or Hawaii in the USA. Within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated), orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm PST, excluding holidays). For special shipping requests, please email us at [email protected]. If there is a general delay happening on our end we will contact you via email. You will get tracking notifications by email and a tracking link from Sendle so you can track the parcel along the way. For order and shipment inquires, please email [email protected]

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Willow Kay at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. At this time, WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE RETURNS.
